Having attended A&E with acute knee pain, I was very grateful to be reviewed and treated by the physiotherapist who's knowledge and skills were commendable. She was very professional in her manner and I felt reassured by her competence and friendly approach. She is an asset to the service, Thank you Laura 😊

Thank you very much for getting in touch and for your comments in relation to the treatment you received whilst having to attend the Emergency Department here at Wishaw General Hospital. I indeed hope that you are feeling improvement in your knee pain and am pleased that you found your assessment to be very helpful and professional.
