We’re very proud of our services and staff and will make sure your comments are forwarded to the staff involved. We note your comments on extending the opening hours at our Minor Injuries Unit. We’re currently going through the annual process of developing business plans for all of our services for discussion with those that fund local NHS services. Our priority is to provide services that are easily accessible to local people so it’s helpful to receive feedback from patients about how this could be improved, including in relation to opening hours.
