What I liked
Caring and enthusiastic auxillary staff
Ward hygiene good
What could be improved
Nursing staff need to be more visible and available. Too often in overlong "handover" meetings.
Patients left unattended on comodes for long periods.
Happy with passive patients rather than encouraging mobility. Not the rehabilitation environment I expected.
