About: Southport & Formby District General Hospital / Accident and emergency

Just to say thank you for the care of my mother Received call from out of hours GP to take mum to A&E due results tests.

Booked in triaged consultant who was about to leave seen test results and came straight to A&E.

Out of hours GP had already arranged admission.

Staff on wards EAU and ward 9a.have been excellent, and a credit to your hospital.

Mum home to be reviewed in out patients.
