"IMy husband is still waiting 2 ..."

IMy husband is still waiting 2 weeks after his x-ray for the results to be sent to his doctor. I cannot find the performance targets anywhere on any website so do not know if this delay is within perfomance timescales or not. In this age of digital technology this delay is not acceptable

especially when he remains in pain. Why are the performance targets so hard to find?

What could be improved

A quicker results so any necessary treatment can be started.

Anything else?

Performance targets should be easily available so patients can see they are being treated within those prescribed timescales. Im sure there must be a maximum time allowed for results to be sent to GP's but I just can't fnd it.
