"fish bone stuck in the throat ....my story"

About: City Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

dear sir

I just want to say a few words about my treatment at city hospital a few days ago. on the 13th of april

I had some fish to eat in the morning and a bone got stuck in my throat.. I tried everything to dislodge the bone but with no luck.

in the end I decided it was time I went to a&e and from the moment I walk into the main waiting area to me leaving the following day was a customers dream. every point of contact with a member of staff was effortless and the whole experience left me with nothing but the very highest praise for all the members of staff who interacted with me in some way. please pass on the thanks to all . d21 was the ward .

thank you
