What I liked

All the staff that I had contact with really cared.

Although I never felt under pressure to conclude a consultation waiting times to see nurses and the consultant were minimal, one or two minutes in most cases. They all had time to listen and answer questions.

What could be improved

Based on my two visits for investigations, nothing.

Anything else?

Unfortunately, the investigations revealed that my medical condition was one that could not be treated at Balborough.

Many thanks for pointing me in the right direction to relieve nearly 3 years of severe pain.
