"Lovely and wonderful people"

About: BPAS Bournemouth CC/Clinic

I was extremely nervous, but I can't put into words how wonderful and understanding the staff was. The staff wasn't judgemental in anyway and made me feel comfortable. I was able to bring my comfort teddy in with me and that helped a lot and the staff was very sweet about the sitution. Also I broke down in tears as I have a massive fear of neddles, they were so caring towards me and calmed me down and I would happily have the needle done again it was done with so much care I could barely feel it and I was constantly being spoken too. Afterwards In recovery I was never left alone and was well looked after with a cup of tea and biscuits. Honestly I was so scared of this whole experience and they helped me so much.
