What I liked
I attended with chest pains and was rushed through reception by the admin staff only to wait an hour to be seen. When I was seen I have to say the nurse was superb; friendly, efficient, compassionate and understanding. The pains turned out to be kidney related which the consultant picked up quickly.
Excellent care once I was seen and an improvement on a similar experience 2 years ago.
What could be improved
Just the wait between getting there and being reassured it wasn't heart related.
