'Treated with respect' above means by most hospital staff

The person who took my x-ray was most unfriendly and cold and for no reason; she was like that from the outset. It's quite amazing how much venom can be put into the word, 'Sir'.
She didn't smile once and I don't think ever gave me eye contact.
She made the visit most unpleasant and I wish I had said something to her; people like this need to know the impact their behaviours have on others and should be held to account.
