What I liked

All the staff at the treatment centre were exceptional. From the receptionist who I saw first through to the porter who wheeled me out, the process was effortless and stress free. Everyone was so friendly and they explained the process fully with no jargon. I cannot express my thanks to the team enough, they really made the whole experience so hassle free. My nerves were put at ease with their professional attitude. All I can say is - if anyone has anything negative to say about the staff then it certainly isn't anyone who dealt with me and I commend their brilliance. Thank you so much for your care, you were all fantastic!

I would like the staff to know about this note of thanks - they were the team who performed my laparoscopy on 2nd October in the afternoon - Mrs Premila was my consultant. I would be grateful if you could pass this on please. Thank you.
