Approx 6 months ago I made a previous complaint regarding the gents toilets in the outpatients corridor at Ninewells Hospital Dundee. I stated that the toilets were in a filthy and unhygenic condition and I felt that they should be shut down.

I recently attended a clinic and decided to check the state of the toilets again. I am very happy to say that I found them in a very clean condition and noticed a form which states the date & time these are checked (very regularly).

I am very pleased to advise that a great improvement has been made and wish to thank those responsible for taking the appropriate action.
