I had a c-section, on my first night i pressed the alarm for assistance around 2am no one came so after nearly an hour i turned it off (maybe they where busy) i had a family member staying with me who smokes and went out for a smoke 4 members of staff where asleep in one of the empty rooms, whem my relative came back up the door bell was called to enter the ward it wasn't answered my relative called me on my mobile i had to ask another lady from my room to open the door.
