Hello, thank you for your feedback, we do value it and use it to make improvements.

I am really sorry that some things were not as good as they should have been during your stay on the ward, we do need to be sure that when patients use their buzzer to ask for help, that someone answers it quickly.

What you have described is worrying and we want to look into it properly. It will help us do this if we have a few more details - could you please contact us either by email to patient.experience@bthft.nhs.uk or call on 01274 383863. If you can give us your hospital number which begins RAE and will be on any letters or documents from us that will help, and your name, address and date of birth, and the date of the incident you describe we will do all we can to put this right.
