"Excellent Audiology service"

I went to my GP with age related hearing loss. They referred me to Audiology.

Received an appointment in less than 2 weeks.

I was seen on time, a rarity in the NHS. Had a hearing test and was told I needed hearing aids. Further appointment booked for 8 days later.

Again I was seen at the time of the appointment and fitted with digital hearing aids which have certainly improved my ability to follow conversations in noisy environments.

A big thank you to the staff in the Audiology Department who were friendly, helpful and understanding and answered my questions clearly. Also thanks to the nice people on reception who sorted out appointments and sent me text messages to remind me of the appointments.
