What I liked

I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, was seen straight away, and was out before I was due to have started! The lady who dealt with me was friendly, sympathetic and efficient. A superb visit.

What could be improved

My only comment would be that the map on the web-site did not mark the train station. However this was clearly marked on the map inclosed with my letter, so was not an issue.

Anything else?

A very efficient, helpful and pleasant experience.
