What could be improved

Extremely rude reception staff. Rude staff in general. Extremely rude scanning technician - who almost reduced me to tears at my 22 week scan. Long waiting times, 3 hours seems the norm. Confusion rains in the waiting room. I turned up for an appointment with a consultant at 2.30pm and at 5.30pm I watched all the doctors and recption staff go home. No one said anything to the large group of us still waiting...

Anything else?

After waiting 3 hours for your appointment, midwives seem very stressed. Then they don't ask how you feel but just write down that everything is ok in your notes and you are out the door logo
