it would be better if appointments were not repeatedly cancelled on they day they were due

I have waited a year to be seen and have appointements cancelled at the last minute. Waited over half an hour after my appointment time only to be told I was on the wrong list. Then given another appointment only for that too to be cancelled a few hours before it was due
