My mother in law was diagonsed last year and started her radio and chemotherapy treatment and finished it in febuary and since then she had prolaspe of the womb and prolaspe off the bowels.
Firstly she went to a&e and they said nothing they can do she have to push it bk in for prolaspe bowels and then few wks later she neede up at the hosptial again her womb prolasped she was in for 4-5 wks tried fitting rings in and stuff but they kept falling out and then they discharged her no care and still in the same situation.
She hasnt had any help from mc millan and hosptial just sent her home with no help she has to pay for her own pads for her bowel movemnets and she has to wait up to 3 month for incontience nurse to see her and she has to wait till end of may for appoinment to see if the cancer is still their.
She had no word on getting prolaspe seen to and she has no home help and I think it a disgrace thats there no help or organising to help her when she needing it.
In my opinion, this woman needs seen to and treated with respect not being sent home and defend for herself.
