What I liked

The staff at St Monica's were excellent and treated my mother with respect and care at all times . All the staff were committed . We are very lucky to have such a good facility in the area.

What could be improved

As everyone was keen to give good treatment sometimes I was unsure who to speak to. This is however better than no-one taking any interest !
