What I liked

I was in as a day case for an operation on my foot. I was quite nervous but was put at ease by the staff. I felt I mattered and was not some anonymous person. The theatre staff even came to introduce themselves to me despite the fact I wouldn't necessarily be seeing them! The nurse on the ward was caring and sensitive to my needs.
