"Trauma and Orthopaedic Team - Fracture Clinic"

I was referred here by my local hospital and was really impressed at the speed and level of communication from the team at St. Mary's. When I arrived, the reception staff were very polite and friendly. The waiting area was clean, although roasting hot. I was seen on time by the registrar, who was polite, listened and was very keen to make sure they gave me correct information and advise. They explained clearly what they were going to do and ensured I understood the outcomes of our appointment. It was a pleasure, if you can call it that when you are in pain, to have been seen by this team. The nurses were lovely and also had great communication skills.
