What could be improved
NOT giving upwards of 50 people the same appointment time.
Anything else?
We arrived 15 minutes before our Out Patient appointment time for a clinic which opened at 9.00 a.m. At 9.20 a.m. the waiting room (by now containing some 50+ people) was informed "We're running about 40 minutes late".
If a private business were run this way it would have been bankrupt years ago and deservedly so.
Of course, we wouldn't have needed to be at the clinic at all had 2 doctors on 2 separate occasions not mis-diagnosed my husband in the first place - a diagnosis identified within seconds at St. Thomas'.
"NOT giving upwards of 50 people ..."
