What could be improved

Are the receptionists medically trained i took my friend in today to see the nurse about a problem with her ear.

despite the waiting room being empty and a doctors car outside we were told to return home and call the out of hours service surely asking the nurse to pop out would not of been unreasonable and would of allowed for a more accurate diagnosis

Anything else?

when are the inner doors going to be sorted so people in wheelchirs can manouver round the hospital freely this also applies to the entrance doors to rehabilitation making someone in a chair negottiate a double set of manual doors is hardly disabled friendly or is it a new physio method.

this situation has only been going on since the hospital opened.
