What I liked
Was able to get the surgery quickly.
What could be improved
The nurse was in such a hurry to get we were discharged the same day for a surgery which on the NHS would require an overnight stay in case of bleeding.
Post surgery no observations were carried out, I couldnt believe it, again in the NHS it is protocol to take observations every hour for 4 hours.
The carpet in the room was covered in little bits of fluff and debris which we did not bring in with us.
Overall patient safety was compromised, I do not feel we received professional care.
Building needs modernising, the grubby carpet in the entrance said it all and set the tone.
