What I liked

All the staff were very helpful the man behind the desk said ‘good morning’ I don’t even get that at my own doctors surgery then he even wrote my form for me as I had hurt my hand and later gave my little girl 20p as we were short of change for the tea machine. I use the centre quite often as we live close by and can never get an appointment on the day for a doctor!

The only criticism I would make is that sometimes the nursing staff can seem to be a bit abrupt but I guess that they are under a lot of pressure doing what they do. Apart from that a big thumbs up
