I did a cicle of ECT at Ealing Hospital (Conolly Suite). I want to praise the work of the whole team there, starting from the Director, Dr Nnatu. They were always kind and demonstrated empathy towards us patients, and this greatly helped me to go through those difficult moments. Thank you, I will not forget it.
While doing the cicle of ECT and after finishing it, I was followed by the crisis assessment and treatment team (ECATT) at Ealing Hospital - St Bernard's. I would like to thank Dr. Sufraz and Dr. Kigozi, who supported me during the whole "journey" towards recovery with kindness, deep understanding and compassion. Dr. Sufraz went the extra mile to help me when I had to be discharged and that's why I would not hesitate to define the service offered as excellent. I would also like to praise the work of the different nurses who visited me: they were really good, nice and supportive!
