The overall professional approach of my consultant.

What could be improved

Administration efforts. When I first booked my operation the administration was quite appalling, many errors made, typing slap dash, the sending out of "ripped" maps and paper. Telephone calls not returned - the whole thing was pretty below average.

Anything else?

More recently the x-ray department, one can hardly ever get a reply and when trying to book appointment, contrary that you have to do half of the job for them the staff can be very rude at times and incredibly unhelpful.
