"At first everything in the hospital ..."

Anything else?

At first everything in the hospital was fine, the staff were polite and i was seen to very quickly. Then when i needed further treatment they cancelled my appointment 3 times and have still not got back to me about having my wisdom teeth removed. I have a really bad phobia of needles and at first the dentist was fine but when she saw how badly i reacted even under Nitrous Oxide she started to loose her rag. Felt very uncomfortable and am not particularly looking forward to my future treatment. Would be nice if the hospital actually bothered to contact me about my wisdom teeth textraction operation as they are causing me hastle!!!!!!!

I am sorry that your appointments have been cancelled, and that you are waiting for information about the extraction of your wisdom teeth. I would like to look into this, however I can only do this with more information from you. Please contact me, Alison Last, Head of Patient Experience on 0121 442 3311 or email Alison.last@sbpct.nhs.uk at your earliest convenience.
