I attended an appointment in the Biomechanics department in May and was told that I should see a surgeon. A letter was going to be sent to my GP with a copy to me advising this. In July, as the letters had not been received, I call the hospital. The telephone operator did not know what 'Biomechanics' meant, opening times for the Podiatry clinic (which she thought may be the one I needed) or how I could leave a message requesting this information. Most unhelpful.
