"No communication support for me"

About: Croydon University Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

No offer of communication support so hence no understanding of what was going on. Requested for the doctor to ring someone to be with me even with giving the phone number was totally ignored. I feel I was treated in a degrading way by all staff.I think I was treated like a second class citizen because I am disabled.
