Received poor service as no dignity or respect was shown. They had no understanding about domestic violence. They believed perpetrators lies rather than the victims truth. I was not listened to.Nothing was done to prevent the abuse from continuing so it just escalates to violence happening. Abusive incidents can be very frightening and traumatic.
