Thank you ward to staff for treating mum with such respect and dignity.
Staff Nurse was so helpful even being so busy.
The Health Care Assistants were lovely. One member of staff helped me get mum into taxi which was so appreciated.
It was also good to see smiling, reassuring faces.

It is so true that sometimes the little things make a big difference to people, and that a smile can speak volumes - I am so happy to hear that this was true in your Mum's case, and that you are both happy with how she was looked after. I will pass this on to the ward team and to the senior managers and leadership so they are aware of your comments.
