"whole treatment was impressive"

I attended the x ray department at Wishaw general hospital recently after being referred by my GP. The whole experience was very efficient from the reception to the actual x ray.

The staff were all efficient, respectful and welcoming. I was really impressed by the x ray staff themselves, ( the purple line). As I work in the hospital it was great to see how well people are treated in other departments. They didn't know I was staff but their whole treatment was impressive. The person that did the x ray had a lovely manner and even wished me well when I was leaving.

I think it is so important to get positive feedback as there is so much negativity these days. The staff in this department are a credit to themselves and the hospital. Well done and thankyou.
