What could be improved
Hopeless systems. I was given a formon 22/5/09 by the GP asking me to ring 858229 a choose and book system to deal with a chonic infection. I phoned after holiday on 26th. It took 3 hours to get through as number was engaged. Harassed operator seemed unable to offer an appointment, and said one would be posted. None yet received 2 weeks after. No luck re phoning as number is engaged.
Anything else?
This is dreadful. I will write to my MP forthwith.
