What I liked

I had day surgery and every single person who I encountered during the day - from the reception staff to the surgeon - was positive, supportive and helpful. The care was exceptional. I was almost reluctant to leave as it was nice to have so many caring and attentive people around me through what could otherwise have been a very scary experience.

What could be improved

There is nothing that could be improved as the care was exceptional.
