What I liked
I went to this hospital upon referral from my GP who assured me it was one of the best hospitals in the country, worldwide renown for maternity.
My first antenatal appointment was booked and all seemed alright until the day I came in. We had to wait 2 hours before seeing a midwife who didn't speak a very good english and was not usually involved in the maternity unit - Very nice for your most important and longest appointment.
The lady was however very nice and helpful as much as I could, though we didn't feel that she knew exactly what she was doing.
What could be improved
The waiting time. If I had not gone to ask the receptionist when we will be seen, my file would have been lost and we would have been forgotten as she acted very surprised that we were not already seen when I came to her.
Anything else?
I didn't experience anyone being rude to me but reading other people's comments here, I'm now very concerned about giving birth to my baby in this hospital.
