What I liked

after filling out all the forms and handing them back to the nurse and reception team i was left to sit there for an hour and 15 mins nobody came to see me or ask who i was seeing when i went to ask how much longer it would be i was told that they could not find the doctor and that he had probably gone home for the rest of the day.I still have my lump in my hand that gets bigger by the day and as it gets bigger the pain grows.This is the second appointment that i have had for this hospital as the first one i was given was the wrong date come on people this is not how you run a hospital doctors going home when he has patients waiting in the waiting room

What could be improved

The reception staff need to start working as a team with the nurses and the doctors
