What I liked

We were referred here by by Dr and I can't fault the treatment we had. From coming to A & E, we were in surgery within 2 hours and I was very pleased with the way we were treated. The consultant and the team in Monkton Ward were great, and couldn't have looked after us

What could be improved

A friendly word pointing me to the canteen and explaining about what to do with a car in a car park with 1 hours ticket sounds basic, but would have been helpful whilst I was still tryign to get my head round the shock of an emergency surgery, but this is very minor point as I can't really fault the service we received
