"Attitude, skill and speed of nurses"

What I liked

Attitude, skill and speed of nurses

What could be improved

Administrator efficiency: The man I gave my xray form to in suite B on 15/05/09 left it on the desk expecting a colleague to input the details without telling her. After an hour of waiting I enquired where I was in the queue and we discovered no action had been take. A waste of my time for one hour and an extra hour's parking fees due to slopiness.
