What I liked

the staff were friendly and actually listened to me when i told them a canula hadnt gone in right which most doctors wont. i have had experience in the LGI and St James' and the nuffield was the the best of all 3. everywhere was clean and tidy, the rooms were of hotel quality and i had a quick response when i pressed the nurse button. i asked for this hospital so that i would get my own room instead of being stuck on a ward with other women which causes me to panic and found that everything including the food was 100 times better than other hospitals id been to.

What could be improved

the call system for if you have problems after you go home needs to be better as i had to ring back a couple of days after my op and was waiting nearly 20 mins before finally deciding to phone nhs direct

Anything else?

i would most definitly reccomend this hospital to anyone who has a fear of hospitals or a nervous problem of any sort as you get privacy and respect.
