What could be improved
PARKING was horrendous. One man came in distraught after circling the car park for 90 minutes. This has been reported previously but nothing is done about it. What is this reporting service for if no-one bothers to use the information.
Anything else?
Can we have some feedback about proposals to improve the horrendous (and expensive) parking. What is the money we are charged for if not to use for the improvement of that particular service.
