"My husband, David, went to the ..."

What I liked

My husband, David, went to the hospital in the morning of 16 April 2009, 9.15 a.m. The blood samples 'got lost'. When the nurse at the surgery [Supreme Court] phoned the lab. The staff members had no information of the blood test. Now, my husband need to go again for the blood test. This is disappointing and gives the feeling that patients are just numbers - not people with feelings and needs to be respected. A respectful conduct will not allow for the 'loss of patient's blood test'.

What could be improved

When a blood is taken for test - it should be tested and not lost.
