Doctors were friendly and appointments always ran on time.

What could be improved

I waited around 4 months for an appointment last year. My doctor said to phone after 6 weeks to chase them up. When I did this I was told to phone after 4 months, which was apparently the waiting time. After 4 months it turned out they'd lost my referral so I had to wait even longer. I've recently been referred again and have just been told to phone back in 14 weeks for a physiotherapy appointment. How can they seriously have a waiting list that long for physiotherapy, and how can I trust that they even have my referral?? I now have to wait without being able to walk properly for over 3 months - having already waited for 3 months for my doctor to deem that I should go to a physio - in the hope that I will actually get an appointment at some point.
