cheerful and helpful staff
What could be improved
the booking of appointments was not all it could be. After being offered and accepting a day and time I rearranged my commitments to suit. When the confirmation letter arrived the time had been changed and I had to rearrange the visit. When I then attended I had to wait over an hour because the doctor was delayed. No reason was given but I guess there time is more critical than mine so no complaints.
