What I liked
The very kind thougtful and caring way all the staff looked after Miss Warena Girgis. It was more than one could have asked. As a visitor, I was also treated well. There were times when demand was high but I was never treated with impatience or indifference. Please accept my grateful thanks on behalf of the deceased patient and myself.
What could be improved
A brief updated doctor's report for viewing during visiting hours would have been helpful.
