"Good staff for my first MRI"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Neurosurgery (Ward 64 – 66)

(as the patient),

First MRI scan. Staff advised what was required in a calm, clear and friendly manner.

Pity that route to find MRI lead upstairs & downstairs through corridors. When on exit could have accessed through 3 doors.

I am glad to read that the staff advised what was required in a calm, clear and friendly manner and I will make sure that we share your post with the staff.

With regarding to finding the MRI department I will pass your comments to my colleagues in Facilities.

Best wishes

Nicole
