What could be improved
The attitude of the staff!! I wasn't treated myself, but my 5 year old nephew was treated appallingly by the sister. She was rough with him, and she was rude to his mother. This is not the first time the staff member in question has been less than helpful to people I know who have had to go to the hospital.
