"No diagnosis was given"

About: Rotherham Hospital

(as the patient),

I stayed on A3 at the Rotherham District General Hospital and received treatment for Gallstones. I felt the medical care and nursing care was average. What could have been better? Having the treatment carried out. It was not, due to a mix up and poor communication. I spent two days in hospital for nothing with no outcome, inconvenience for my family and myself, still awaiting for a diagnosis/treatment.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments and we are really sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.

It is always easier to address concerns as and when they happen and without specific details we are unable to ascertain whether you made the nursing staff aware of your concerns. We would really like the opportunity to discuss your concerns in more detail; could you please call Matron Edwards on A3 who will be happy to go through them with you
