Im fortunate to normally have good health so it was with some trepedation when I was referred to my local hospital for a course of out patient treatment (physio)for a neck problem,I neednt have worried.From the moment I entered I was struck by the cleanliness and professionalism from all concerned.From the receptionist giving me directions,the volunteer offering me hand cleanser and especially the Physio Harriet.I believe she was recently quailified but at all my appointments with her I was treat in a calm,sympathetic yet knowledgable,reassuring away.She was at all times professional.

All my appointments were on time.
