What I liked

It is difficult to praise the Minor Injuries Team at Quen Mary`s Roehampton too highly. My wife had contracted an infection following breast surgery. The treatment she received was of the highest order both professionaly and with great personal sensitivity.

We were both provide with ptrecise information of the recommended treatment and dressings, some of which we were consequently able to carry out at home. At all times we were treated cheerfully, sypathetically and with the hoighest levels of competence.

This team is an example of the standards of excellence thatb the NHS can reach and deserves recognition for the benefit thatbnthey dxeliver to all their patients.

It did not matter at what point in the 12 hour shift we arrived we werectreated with courtesy and kindness.

This is a service to be treasured and maintained.

What could be improved

Very difficult to think of any improvements to an already excellent service.

Anything else?

Our experience of a number of departments at Queen Mary`s jhas been consistently good, the new hospital is accessible, modern, efficient and a credit to the NHS.
